Shipping

Where we ship

We ship within Australia only, from Sydney. We do not ship overseas at the moment. If that changes, this page will change first.

Dispatch

Every candle is hand-poured in small batches. Orders are usually dispatched the Monday following you placing an order, to minimise the time your order is spent in transit. If we expect a delay, we will email you.

Carrier and tracking

We send orders with Australia Post Parcel Post. Express Post is also available at checkout for parcels up to 5kg. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping cost

The cost depends on the weight of your order. It is the same anywhere in Australia, and you see it before you pay. Orders of A$120 or more ship free, by Parcel Post.

Delivery times

Parcel Post typically takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, and Express Post 1 to 2 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas, public holidays and busy periods such as Christmas can take longer.

Your delivery address

Please check your address before you pay. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot redirect it. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you and can send it again for the cost of postage.

Heat

Candle and melt wax softens in high heat. In summer, please choose a delivery address where the parcel can be taken inside promptly, rather than left in a mailbox or a hot car.

Lost, damaged or delayed parcels

If tracking says your parcel was delivered and you cannot find it, please check around your property and with neighbours, then email us as soon as you can. We will look into it with Australia Post and may send a replacement or refund you. If your parcel arrives damaged, see our returns and refunds page. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything on this page.
